Absolutely! I work with clients globally. All communication is in English, and I also speak Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese, and Hokkien (my mother tongue).

Projects are delivered digitally regardless of location. Time zone differences are never an issue—we'll find meeting times that work for both of us. My working hours are based on Malaysia time (GMT+8), and I'm typically available until 10 PM.

Communication & Feedback

Response Time:

I will respond to emails within 1-2 business days

Feedback requested within 3-5 business days to keep project on track

Your Responsibilities:

Complete onboarding form thoroughly and honestly

Provide timely feedback on concepts and revisions

Provide necessary assets (photos, existing materials, etc.)

Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on feedback

I accept the following payment methods:

PayPal & Bank Transfer

All payments are in USD. Clients are responsible for any transaction fees.

Once your 50% deposit is received, you'll receive a payment receipt along with an onboarding form to get started.

· Customization and Complexity: More customized and complex content (e.g., high-quality visual creation, and interactive design) will be priced higher.

· Experience Level: Rates can also vary significantly based on the provider's experience level. More experienced professionals or agencies typically charge higher rates.

· Revisions and Approvals: Max 3 number of revisions included and the approval process to manage expectations and workload.

Upon final payment, you will receive:

Logo Files:

High-resolution PNG (transparent & white background)

JPG files

PDF vector files

SVG vector files (scalable for any size)

Logo variations (horizontal, vertical, icon-only if applicable)

Brand Guidelines (Basic):

Color codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK)

Font recommendations

Logo usage guidelines (dos and don'ts)

Delivery Method:

All files delivered via Google Drive

Files remain available for download for 30 days

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit (50%):

Non-refundable once work has begun

If project is cancelled before work begins, deposit is refundable minus $100 administrative fee

Cancellation by Client:

Client may cancel project at any time

Deposit is non-refundable if work has started

If cancelled mid-project, client pays for work completed to date

Cancellation by Designer:

If I need to cancel, full refund provided for any work not completed

Rare circumstances only (emergency, unforeseen events)

Need your project completed faster?

Rush Fee: $200 USD (1-week turnaround)

Must be agreed upon before project starts

Requires immediate deposit and completed onboarding form

Extra Revision Rounds: $50 per round

Upon Full Payment:

You own full rights to use the final approved design

You may use the design for any business purpose

You may modify the design for your business needs

Designer Rights:

I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio

I retain the right to use as case study for marketing purposes

Work may be featured on my website and social media

Before Full Payment:
